Robin Arnett, LCSW

Clinical Director and Therapist

Robin Arnett is the founder of the Empowered Hearts Collective.  She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDR Approved Consultant, clinical supervisor, and reiki master with a deep passion for helping women to grow into the truest, most authentic versions of themselves. She holds two graduate degrees from Columbia University, and is licensed in Oregon and Colorado.

In her work, Robin draws on over fifteen years of experience working in clinical settings, consulting, and education. She takes a trauma-informed approach that integrates spirituality with evidence-based practices. Her work has taken her all over the world, from Ecuador to Uganda, Nicaragua, Washington, DC, Denver, and New York City.

Robin specializes in EMDR, Internal Family Systems therapy, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. She particularly enjoys integrating these three modalities, and works with an intensives model, in which clients undergo an EMDR intensive session approximately once every one-two months. She practices virtual therapy for weekly and biweekly sessions, and meets in-person for intensives.

Morgan holds a Master’s degree in Social Work with specialized training in mental health and trauma, and a deep emphasis on trauma-informed care. Her graduate work focused on the intersection of trauma, systems, and healing—exploring how our environments and experiences shape our mental health. She specializes in working with trauma and the ways it manifests—whether that’s anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck in life transitions.

Morgan integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy. Morgan is also trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS).

As a clinician, Morgan creates a space where you can be exactly who you are—no judgment, no shame, just compassion and genuine connection. Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based, honoring you as the expert in your own life. She believes in addressing not just individual symptoms, but the broader contexts that shape who we are—our relationships, environments, and lived experiences.

Morgan sees clients via telehealth and in-person at our downtown Bend location.
